In a collaborative effort to meet the capacity building requirements for LokOS transaction data entry (cut-off sheet and regular meetings), the National team will begin training the State team in the coming months.
NRO states, namely, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand and Telangana and NIRDPR, are requested to provide eMaster Trainers (eMT), if required, to ensure the smooth execution of training sessions.
The respective NRO state is committed to covering the eMT resource fee and travel cost (home State to other State location travel expenditure including food expenditure during the travel). To ensure the success of this initiative, states are urged to manage local travel, food, and stay expenditures for eMTs arriving from NRO states, prioritising their well-being and health.
A Training (demo version) application has been developed to facilitate hands-on practice, preparing users for the cut-off and regular transactions before moving to the LokOS live application. Moreover, DAY-NRLM has developed the LokOS Transaction user manuals and videos to guide the users and requested the states to convert these documents in the regional language to enhance their usability.
The State team is requested to start the live entry in the blocks wherein a large number SHG, VO, and CLF profiles are updated on LokOS, particularly Model CLF blocks. 1-2 blocks may be developed as a model for the entire State to understand the transaction application and existing practices in the SHGs and federations. It will also assist the State to scale-up to the remaining blocks of the states.
This strategic approach will provide users with the necessary tools to navigate the LokOS transaction modules effectively before transitioning to the live application.
