A) Enhancements :

  1. Field Level Validations: Implemented validations (from NRLM-MIS) for LokOS mobile & web apps.
  2. Compulsory Savings: VO and CLF can now have compulsory savings up to 9999.
  3. Bank Account Limitations: Only one bank account is allowed for GEN, CEF, CIF, and Livelihoods in VO & CLF.
  4. Multiple Accounts: Multiple accounts are allowed for the OTHER bank type in VO & CLF.
  5. Automatic Uploads: SHG/VO/CLF changes are automatically uploaded to the server if a network connection is available. They will not appear in My Task for BPM until reviewed and manually uploaded by a bookkeeper.
  6. CBO Locking: SHG/VO/CLF will no longer be locked if they have been approved at least once.
  7. Profile Updates: Removed the ‘Confirm Details’ button in SHG Profile and Members Profile sections.
  8. Data Refresh: Added a ‘Refresh Data’ button on the SHG/VO/CLF listing page for a hard refresh.
  9. Mapped SHGs: Added ‘Joining Date’ in the ‘Mapped SHGs’ listing page for VO.
  10. CCL Access: Users can now access CCL directly from the CC limit option in the Cut-off meeting main page and the general meeting main page.
  11. Transaction Streamlining: Users can perform Repayment/Withdrawal transactions from a single page without switching tabs. Transactions for CCL will now be color-coded (red for Withdrawal, green for Repayment).
  12. Meeting Fields: Removed most unused fields from Cut-off Meeting and General Meeting for CCL transactions.
  13. Savings Withdrawal: Users can now withdraw savings from both voluntary and compulsory savings during General Meetings.
  14. Meeting Uploads: Enhancements to the SHG and VO meeting upload process. Users can upload meetings directly from their dashboard with an option to upload at least four meetings at a time. New meetings cannot be created if the last four meetings have not been uploaded.

B) Bug Fixes :

  1. Tab Color: Fixed an issue where the color of tabs in the member profile was not changing even after details were filled.
  2. Member Locking: Fixed an issue where members were getting locked automatically without bookkeeper upload.
  3. Bank Data: Fixed an issue where the app failed to save bank data for inactive members when adding them as new members in another SHG.
  4. Account Type Display: Fixed an issue in CLF where ‘Account Type’ was not displayed on the Bank Details listing page after saving details when set as livelihood.
  5. Financial Intermediation: Fixed an issue where the ‘Financial Intermediation’ field value for CLF was set to ‘No’ instead of ‘Yes’.
