A) Enhancements :
- Simplified Member Inactivation Flow: The process of making a member inactive has been streamlined. The Bookkeeper no longer needs to upload a resolution copy.
- SHG Locking: SHGs will not automatically lock when a member is marked inactive, as BPM approval is no longer required.
- Approval Status Check: The approval status check is no longer needed to retrieve SHG meeting and transaction data.
- Status Field Adjustment: The status field in the designation details (6th screen) of the member profile now applies only to the post/designation. Changing this to “Inactive” will not inactivate the entire member profile.
- Status Field Removal for ‘Member’: The status field has been removed when the post/designation is selected as “Member”.
- Date Fields Removal for ‘Other’: The ‘From’ and ‘To’ date fields have been removed when the post/designation is selected as “Other”.
- Profile Tracking and Approval Process: Enhancements have been made to improve profile tracking and approval processes.
- API Optimization: Various API optimizations have been implemented for better performance.
B) Issue & Bug Fixes :
- Member Profile Upload: Fixed an issue where the Bookkeeper was unable to upload the member profile.
- Member Profile Editing: Fixed an issue that allowed editing of a member profile even after the member was marked inactive.
- Designation Update: Fixed an issue where updates to member post/designation in SHG were not saving correctly, showing old designations in the member profile.
- Adding Inactive Members: Fixed an issue preventing the Bookkeeper from adding a member marked as inactive in one SHG to another SHG.
- Designation Status: Fixed an issue where the member designation status still showed as “Active” even after the member was marked inactive.
